Use
You can determine the contractually defined percentage for the contractual penalty.
The contractual penalty is calculated for each reference period from the percentage of the work that should have been completed by that point.
Dependencies
Example
The contractual penalties for delay per calendar day (in excess of interim and completion dates) is 0.25% of the work that should have been completed up to that point. In this example the percentage is 0.25.
