Use

When interim and completion dates overrun, the excess subject to contractual penalty is calculated in units of the reference period.

The contractual penalty is calculated for each reference period from the percentage rate of the work that should have been completed by that point.

Dependencies

Example

The contractual penalty for delay per calendar day (in excess of interim and completion date) is 0.25% of the work that should have been completed by the stipulated period. In this example, the reference period is one day.
