Documentation

Definition

Specifies the proportion of the Invoiced Amount, which is settled as additional costs.

They reduce the revenue or the expenses.

Supplementary Documentation - /SAPPCE/DPC_INC_EXP_DELTA0001

Use

The system calculates the default value for the additional costs from the delta invoiced amount and the Percentage for Calculating Additional Costs.

You can correct this default value. To do this, change either the percentage for calculating additional costs or the amount in the field ready for input.

Dependencies

Whether the field is ready for input or not depends on the definition of the chain type with regard to cumulative entry. System administration makes this setting in Customizing for Debit-Side and Credit-Side Down Payment Chains under Define Chain Types.

The system transfers the additional costs to be calculated from the down payment chain contract data

Supplementary Documentation - /SAPPCE/DPC_INC_EXP_DELTA0002

Use

The additional costs

  • reduce revenues in a debit-side down payment chain
  • reduce expenses in a credit-side down payment chain

Dependencies

The system calculates the delta additional costs as the difference between the Cumulative Additional Costs and the Cumulative Additional Costs to Date.

Example

Supplementary Documentation - /SAPPCE/DPC_INC_EXP_DELTA0003
