Definition
Defines the percentage of the monthly rental fees to be used for the days of the month that has started in the case of daily settlement.
Use
The system reads this field when the interim and final settlements are created.
Dependencies
You only have to maintain this field if the settlement type T = Daily Settlement of Started Months, Monthly Settlement of Preceding Months is set.
Example
If you set the value to 3.3%, 1/30 of the rental fees from the previous month are charged per day.
