Definition
Defines the fixed scrap for the last length: in other words, a fixed portion is only consumed as scrap for the last length (lead-out scrap).
Use
It only comes into effect once per operation/component, regardless of the operation/component quantity.
Dependencies
It can only be used in the method full reels. It is managed in the unit of measure of the operation, and must always be positive.
