Definition

Controls the manner in which rental fees are calculated in the final settlement.

Use

This field is read by the system upon creation of the final settlement. It has the following values:

Value    Definition

T     Months that have started are calculated on a daily basis. This means that the number of days is     multiplied by the percentage from the field Percentage for Daily Settlement.

N     Months that have started are not billed.

V     Months that have started are billed in full.

S     Months that have started are not billed to a key date, but are billed in full from that date     onwards.

Dependencies

This field is only read when the value M (= only full months) is set in the field Sttlmnt Type Interim.
