Definition
This field specifies the nature of the ship-and-debit agreement. Following agreement types are supported in DRM:
Down To: Manufacturer/ supplier allows distributor/ reseller to bring his unit cost of purchase to a value specified as agreement rate in the agreement. Down To is indicated by letter T.
Down By: Manufacturer/ supplier gives distributor/ reseller a discount on his cost of purchase. The rate of discount is specified as agreement rate in the agreement. Down By is indicated by letter B.
