Definition
Records the change in available quantity in DRM lot due to transactions like resale to end customer, return from end customer, return of goods from the distributor/ reseller to the manufacturer, and so on.
Procedure
This field is maintained automatically by the system. When available quantity in the DRM lot changes due to a transaction, system records this change in the available quantity in the DRM audit trail.
You can use this field to track the effect of a transaction on the DRM lot.
Examples
The current available quantity in a DRM Lot is 200 pcs. A resale is booked for 50 pcs.
This resale consumes from the above lot and brings down the available quantity in the Lot to 150 pc. The effect of the above transaction is recorded in the audit trail by storing - 50 in this field.
Dependencies
This field is used by price protection and inventory reconciliation processes to calculate the DRM Inventory as on effective date specified.
