Definition
Specifies the status of quantities in a DRM lot. All the quantities available in a DRM lot can either belong to a reconcilation bucket(RB) lot or a price bucket(PB) lot.
Procedure
Whether the quantities will be posted to a reconcilation bucket lot or a price bucket lot is decided automatically by the system. System does not allow you to modify this.
For a manufacturer/ supplier, if goods are issued but not yet invoiced or vice-versa, the DRM system maintains the quantities in a reconcilation bucket lot. Once quantities are invoiced as well as issued, they move to the corresponding price bucket lot.
For a distributor/ reseller, if goods are received but not yet invoiced by manufacturer/supplier or vice-versa, the DRM system maintains the quantities in a reconcilation bucket lot. Once quantities are received as well as invoiced by manufacturer/ supplier, they move to the corresponding price bucket lot.
While adding quantities to a price bucket lot, the system checks if the price protectable price of the lot is same as the price protectable price of the quantities being added. If the value differs, it creates a new lot.
