Definition

Specifies the latest unresold material quantity position for a DRM lot.

Procedure

DRM processes automatically update the available quantity in a DRM lot. For example, a sell-through will reduce the available quantity, and a resale return of material will increase it. If new shipment is received from manufacturer/ supplier at same terms and conditions, available quantity for the lot will increase. You can also modify the available quantity manually.

Available quantity impacts, or is impacted by, almost all of the DRM processes namely, sell-through, returns, price protection, inventory reconcilation etc. You should be very careful while modifying the field manually.
