Documentation
Definition
The combination of specific fields that make up the key for a condition record.
Use
You specify the sequence of condition types in a rule strategy. Each condition type can be assigned to an access sequence. This specifies where exactly the system should search for condition records that are relevant for a specific condition type.
Each access in the access sequence refers to a condition table. Using the fields defined in the table, (that is keys), the system can determine the valid condition records.
Procedure
When creating a condition table, define one or more than one target field as the table key. You must also tell the system from where it should take the value for the target field. Enter a source field for this. Source and target fields are generally identical, but they can be different.
If the target field "Customer" is a part of the key, you can specify that the system uses "Ship-to Party" as the source field, and copies the value found there.
