Definition

Header fields are header fields in the application or document that is called, (for example, an order calls pricing).

  • Item fields are item fields in the calling application
  • Mixed fields are item fields in the calling application, and typically change very little from item to item. Classification as a mixed field instead of an item field can lead to better performance when accessing condition master data because the access to condition master data is a prestep with both document header fields, as well as mixed document fields.
