Definition
Specifies whether conversion of object IDs to external format is done in a back-end system or a system outside of the demilitarized zone (DMZ).
Use
You use this setting in a two-system scenario to specify whether the conversion of an object ID to the external format (which is displayed on the Web UI) is done in the back-end system or in the UI system.
This setting is not relevant to conversion of object IDs to or from internal format.
