Use

You can choose between the following options:

• Service Employee Group

  If you choose this option, the system retrieves the organizational unit based on the data entered for the Service Employee Group partner function.

• Organizational Data

  If you choose this option, the system retrieves the organizational unit based on the organizational data entered in the CRM service order.
