Definition

Activates the integration of assignment status information between SAP Multiresource Scheduling and SAP CRM.

Use

Select this checkbox if you want to allow the exchange of assignment status information between SAP CRM and SAP Multiresource Scheduling. If this setting is in place, the SAP CRM system creates a status object of type Service Assignment (SVA) for each SAP Multiresource Scheduling assignment that is related to a CRM demand. If status mapping is set up correctly, information about the assignment status is exchanged between the SAP CRM and SAP Multiresource Scheduling systems.

Dependencies

  • You can map the CRM statuses of type Service Assignment (SVA) to abstract statuses in SAP Multiresource Scheduling. To obtain an overview of the existing Service Assignment statuses, execute transaction BS12 in the SAP CRM system.

In the SAP Multiresource Scheduling system, you can map these statuses to the existing abstract statuses. You do this in Customizing under Basic Settings --> Status --> Assign Objects --> Assign Status (to Use Demands from SAP NetWeaver).

  • If a confirmation is created for a service order in SAP CRM and you want to transfer this information to SAP Multiresource Scheduling, enter the corresponding abstract status in the Status for Completion field. For more information, see the help (F1) for this field.
