If this indicator is set, the fields Plant and Storage locations can be changed in the Structures Workbench for all force element statuses. This indicator is for test purposes. Usually, changes can only be made to the plat/storage locations for force elements with the status Planned.
If you remove the assignment from the force element, only the assignment is deleted. This ensures that existing documents can still be processed.
