Use
If this indicator is set, provisions packages (PPAs) that are held in stock by the supplier of the force element awaiting initial supplies are also taken into consideration when the force element receives initial supplies. Purchase orders are then created at the supplier. These PPAs are usually taken into consideration only when the supplier receives initial supplies.
