Example
You are required to pay 100 CZK to the tax office. You pay 50 CZK as the first installment. The system calculates the second installment as follows:
You formerly paid 45 CZK to them due to some other liabilities. In this case, you need to pay only 5 CZK since this time your liability to the tax office is only 5 CZK.
If you did not have any other payment to the tax office, you pay 50 CZK as the second installment of your property tax.
