Definition

Specifies the coefficient that is used for the property tax calculation of properties.

Use

There are different calculation formulas and coefficients defined by law for each real estate object type. The coefficients can differ depending on the number of inhabitants. There is one special coefficient which is used in the case of cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants (for example, Karlovy Vary, Prague).
