Definition

Indicates that the system asks for your confirmation during the download of the coefficient updates to overwrite the manual changes you made in the coefficient values.

Use

After you downloaded the coefficients relating to municipalities, you can manually change the values in the Maintain Settings for Municipalities transaction. When the next time you download the updates of coefficients from the Web site of the Ministry of Finance, the system proceeds as follows during the download of each coefficient:

• The system checks whether you manually changed the coefficient value.
• If you manually changed the value, the system asks for your confirmation to overwrite the changed value with the one to be downloaded.
• If you confirm the message, the system overwrites the coefficient value; if not, it keeps the manually changed value.
