Definition

Indicates that the system automatically subtracts 16 square meters from the total area of the real estate objects that belong to property type I.

These real estate objects are exempt from property tax up to 16 square meters, as defined by law. When the area is larger than 16 square meters, the 16 square meters can be subtracted manually or automatically from the total area for the property tax calculation.

You can proceed as follows to subtract the tax exempt part of the total area:

• If you select this checkbox, the system automatically subtracts the 16 square meters from the total area.
• If you do not select this checkbox, you must subtract the 16 square meters manually in the master data.
