Definition
Enables you to specify whether or not you print documents for this particular business partner.
Use
If you leave the checkbox deselected, the system prints documents for this particular business partner. The system checks the Printer and Number of Copies settings in the Condition Configuration -> Processing Details -> Printer tab in the Maintain PPF Settings Customizing activity and takes the following actions:
- If you specified the Standard Communication Method in the Document tab, the system uses the communication settings in the Address tab of the business partner transaction to determine the communication medium.
- If you specified the Print method in the Document tab, the system checks the Printer and Number of Copies settings in the Printer tab page in the Customizing activity.
The system displays the details in the output management screen, and automatically selects the Print checkbox. If the system does not find an entry, it enables but does not select the Print checkbox.
If you select the checkbox, you cannot print documents for this specific business partner.
