Definition
Enables you to specify whether or not you send faxes to this particular business partner.
Use
If you leave the checkbox deselected, the system sends faxes as a communication medium for this business partner. The system checks the Condition Configuration -> Processing Details -> Copy Recipient table in the Maintain PPF Settings Customizing activity and takes the following actions:
- If you specified the Standard Communication Method in the Document tab, it uses the communication settings in the Address tab of the business partner transaction to determine the communication medium.
- If you specified the Fax method in the Document tab, it checks the Copy Recipient table in the Customizing activity.
The system displays the number in the Recipients table in the output management screen, and automatically selects the Fax checkbox. If the system does not find a fax number, it enables but does not select the Fax checkbox.
If you select the checkbox, you cannot send a fax to this specific business partner.
