User parameter /scmtms/arch_dac defines if the system automatically retrieves data from the archive.

Value    Description

' '     Retrieval of data will not be executed from the archive, and the system sends a warning message in certain cases

'1'    Same as value ' ' but without warning message

'2'    Archive is automatically checked during retrieval of data

Use

Dependencies

It is possible, that queries return keys from the archive. In this case the system behavior depends from the value of the user parameter /scmtms/arch_dac.

If the archive is automatically checked during the retrieval of data, this can have a negative impact on performance.
