Definition
Determines where the association change notifications are created for this association.
Use
The Service Provider has to notify Association Changes, if the execution of an RETRIEVE_BY_ASSOCIATION would liead to a different set of target node instances. Depending on the association this can be done either by the BOBF Core, by the Buffer or by the application specific implementation.
