Definition
Describes the characteristics and functions assigned to a customer in R/3-SD. CH distinguishes the partner functions as to whether they affect R/3 -SD or R/3-FI.
- SP Sold-to party, is in most cases identical to the payer. If required, a deviating SP can be stored. For the SD billing document, SP and PY have to be specified.
- BP Bill-to party, is in most cases identical to the payer. But a deviating BP may be stored.
- SP Ship-to party, is a synonym for object or sales outlet in CH.
- PY Payer, is managed as a customer (account type D) in the financial accounting. If required, the customer can also be used to process credit transactions (account type K). The payment and dunning conditions are also stored under the PY.
