Definition
The storage structures in the settlement are described as link types. They are collective structures for specific parts of the settlement which contain the required fields. Function modules acess the storage structures to read data from them (Linktype_In) or to save results (Linktype_Out). On one hand, the link type is used as a data container and on the other hand, it is used for determining the function module.
