Definition
The 'Indirect delivery' indicator indicates the way in which the partner is delivered.
Functionality during the settlement
When the indicator is set, the system considers the indirect sales in the settlement. These are usually the sales figures which the distributor has reported to the producer. The settlement only includes those sales figures which are available in the system at the time of the settlement. To ensure that the system does not run the settlement before the distributor has reported the indirect sales, a sales report check can be performed during the settlement to investigate whether the indirect sales have been entered in the system.
