Operative contract start
Independent of the validity period defined in the contract, a deviating operative contract validity period may result from particular events in the course of the contract.
Reasons:
- The contract start is only in line with the first payment or the furnishing of collateral
- The contract end is extended on account of a prolongation or the exercise of the option right
