Definition
To value a catering object, any valuation criterion may be used. The result of a valuation describes the general impression of the object ascertained at the time of the valuation. For each valuation characteristic, a freely selectable valuation key figure (four-digit numeric key) can be shaped.
Example: 0001 (excellent), 0002 (very good), 0003 (well-kept), 0004 (average), etc.
