Definition
The communication control defines the output type for the contract abstract. It especially defines the output device, the number of printouts, the recipient, the spool name, etc.
The communication control groups enable the management of different output types by storing default output data.
Using the communication control groups is absolutely necessary for the generation of contract abstracts in batch. The required control parameters can also be maintained in dialog while generating the message.
