Definition
Module for the document selection of the contract abstract
The module determines the document flow for the contract abstract. Only documents selected by this module can be output on the contract abstract.
The module selects all postings in FI allocated to a contract within the period under review together with the corresponding SD and CH documents. The basis is the contract to which the posting is assigned, i.e. not the triggering contract from the point of view of CH.
The delivery of the CH standard program includes the modules:
/BEV3/CHVVA_READ_DYN_BSEG
All postings on the basis of the 'BSEG' table which have not yet appeared on previous documents are output until the To-Date inclusive.
/BEV3/CHVVA_READ_DYN_LEDGER
All postings on the basis of the CH ledger which have not yet appeared on previous documents are output until the To-Date inclusive.
/BEV3/CHVVA_READ_FI_LEGDER
All postings on the basis of the CH ledger between the From-Date and the To-Date inclusive are output.
/BEV3/CHVVA_READ_PER_BSEG
All postings on the basis of the 'BSEG' table which are between the From-Date and the To-Date inclusive are output.
Using the parameters
AB_DATUM "From-Date
BIS_DATUM "To-Date
the system determines the document flow of all documents from the CH, SD and FI modules (see above) for a contract
YVWDNR "Contract Handling document number
over a specific period. The Document Flow table (reference structure /BEV3/CHA_BELEG) is used to determine the sequence and the item categories on the contract abstract.
