Definition
The selection date type determines the date for each output control group. This date is used to determine the main items for output. The following dates are available: posting date, document date and value date.
CH posting date / SD billing date / FI posting date
CH document date / SD billing date / FI document date
The value date is determined through the module CH and its value date strategies. It is stored in the CH ledger. There are no corresponding fields in the SAP core function.
The clearing date is used in FI only.
