Definition

Name of a customer-specific function module which determines an order number assigned to the document from the materials management posting document.

In order to compute the actual shrinkage, it is required to assign 'dispositions to prod.' (relating to the order) to the res. 'additions from prod.' As the materials management does not supply such information, reference has to be made to the res. disposition during the recording procedure. Actual shrinkage recorded with this method (e.g. breakage) can be assigned to a 'production order'.

For this purpose, SAP supplies examplary functions in the function group 'YHBS'. For further information on shrinkage settings please refer to the Excise Duty User's manual.
