Documentation
Definition
This indicator switches on the field Alternative conversion in the ED material master at client level (Material Mmaster->Basic Data 1->Excise Duty->Client or transaction MM02). If this indicator is not set, it is not possible to change the alternative conversion for a material in the ED material master. All materials will be created with the pre-assignment value.
Conversion is performed using the auxillary unit for the cubic volume (see Customizing for the tax warehouse definition: Settlement Unit) and the alcoholic strength from the material master of the excise duties.
Note
This setting is only useful for tax types calculated in liters of absolute alcohol.
