Definition
A tax warehouse is used to store goods under duty suspension or customs exemption.
The tax warehouse has to be authorized by customs for each tax type. A number that uniquely identifies the tax warehouse in combination with the tax type is issued.
A tax warehouse can be logically or physically divided into several storage locations in SAP R/3.
