Definition
A settlement status is maintained for each analysis item. This status identifies the state of processing of the follow-up documents (customer document/ credit memo and stock/goods issue postings).
Five statuses are possible:
Blank = no follow-up documents generated
1 = Customer document incorrectly generated
2 = Customer document correctly generated
3 = Error in stock document
4 = Follow-up documents correctly generated
