The icon 803 (pencil) tells you that you are currently valuing this order item.
If settling single order items is allowed, the icon 770 (red cross) appears in the list of the order items, provided that this order item and its quantities have not been completely valued.
The icon 769 (green tick) means in this context that this order item and its order quantities have been completely valued.
If incomplete settling is permissible, neither the icon 769 nor the icon 770 will be displayed.
The icon 814 (exclamation mark in yellow field) means that you have subsequently changed the quantity of an order item although the sales returns order had already been valued. Dependent on the Customizing settings you might need to enter a further analysis item for this order item.
