Number which unambiguously identifies the sales document

Use

If, for instance, you want to display or change a sales document and know only the customer's purchase number, you can use a matchcode to find the document.

Example

You have entered a customer order referring to the customer's purchase number 12544-D. To find the customer order you can enter =a.12544-D in the field "Sales document".

Note

The document number can be proposed from a user parameter. The following parameters are available for the individual document types:

• AFN - inquiry number
• AGN - quotation nummer
• AUN - order nummer
• LPN - scheduling agreement number
• KTN - contract number
• AMN - product proposal number
