Definition
Empties groups are used to group individual empties materials.
They are used, for example, to shorten the empties block in an invoice/ delivery note, as it is not each individual material that is issued but the balances total for an empties group. For materials that are not assigned to a group, records are printed for each material.
Empties groups are defined in the Customizing activity Manage empties groups.
