Definition

Determines which additional information is retrieved for a workflow step.

Use

You select the checkbox Workflow Step to retrieve additional information of all steps of the corresponding workflow item.

If Workflow Step is selected, the system determines the following fields:

  • Workflow ID
  • Work item ID
  • Start date of workflow activity
  • Start time of workflow activity
  • Creation date of work item
  • Creation time of work item
  • End date of work item
  • Creator of work item
  • Actual agent of work item
  • Processing status of work item
  • Work item text

If Workflow Step is not selected, the system determines the following fields:

  • Work item ID
  • Creator of a work item
  • Work item text
  • Processing status of a work item
  • Creation date of work item
  • Creation time of work item
  • End date of work item
  • Actual agent of work item
