Definition
Use
In this field, you can enter the identifier of a Business Context Viewer (BCV ) query. Valid identifiers consist of a sequence of capital letters (A-Z), digits (0-9) and the underscore character (_). When you create BCV queries, choose an unique identifier from the customer namespace (identifiers starting with a letter A-Z).
BCV queries define the following in a generic, search-provider-independent way:
- the objects the system should retrieve
- the search connectors it should use
- the type of data it should return
They form the basis of query views that are used to display the result data (for example, in the BCV side panel or in BCV dashboards).

Example
Examples of valid identifiers are:
- STOCK_OVERVIEW
- MY_QUERY_123
