Definition

Specifies the interest rate based on the conditions of the reference interest rate. This interest rate is zero for those grid points in the yield curve that have no reference interest rate grid points.

You define the conditions of the interest rate (such as the interest calculation method) for the yield curve in the Customizing activity Edit Reference Interest Rates and Yield Curves in the area Reference Interest Rates.
