Definition
Specifies how old (in days) a market date (exchange rate, interest rate, financial instrument price, volatility) that is requested for a given date can be without the system issuing a message that the maximum age has been exceeded. The system does not take calendars into account when it determines the age of a rate/price. Holidays and weekends are included.
If the maximum age is 0 (initial value), this means that the requested value must be valid on the date in question.
If you want to allow older values, enter a corresponding higher figure as the maximum age.
