Definition
The field type gives Bank Analyzer the internal information it needs in order to find the texts of the control fields for updating temporarily inconsistent entities.
If a field is a characteristics or key figure, you must specify that the field type for this field is characteristic or key figure, and leave the table/structure name blank. Since the field name is unique, no further information is required here.
If the field is undefined, you have to specify the table/structure name. This enables the system to find the field so that it can be processed further in the object in question.
