Definition

You can assign a responsible person to every correction component registered in correction management. The system will then inform this person if changes are made.

• If you switch off the notification function, then the system does not send a notification to the recipient groups.
• If you switch on the notification function, the system sends a message to the user's inbox. Note the following:
• If data flow management is switched off, the recipient group receives a notification about the correction, which does not list the entities that could be inconsistent temporarily.
• If data flow management is switched on, the recipient group receives a notification about the correction with a list of he entities that could be inconsistent temporarily. If no temporarily inconsistent entities exist, the system does not send a notification.
