Use

Use this activity to:

  • Maintain the return part statuses that you will use to track the movement of a return part in a warranty claim item to the reimburser
  • Configure the automatic derivation of the return part status in a warranty claim item based on the:
    • Outbound Delivery Status, and
    • Goods Issue Status

Based on the entries that you maintain in this activity, at runtime, the system derives and updates the return part status for a warranty claim item.
