Use

Use this activity to maintain settings to trigger the creation of the following from a service order:

• Free delivery sales document to ship return parts in the service order to the reimburser

  For each service document type, assign the corresponding free delivery sales document type that the system should use.

• Warranty claim document for parts/services in the service order that are under warranty

  For each service document type, assign:

• The corresponding warranty document type that the system should use
• The trigger for the creation of the corresponding warranty claim item

• The trigger for the update of the corresponding warranty claim item when changes are made to the (warranty relevant) service order item

A service order type for which entry is maintained in this activity integrates with warranty management. The claim creation and update triggers maintained in this activity will be defaulted in a service order of that order type, but can be changed in the service order.
