Use
You maintain the Customizing for grouping purchase order and order list items here.
For a specified order type, the system determines the variable grouping properties in accordance with the following logic.
If the system does not find an entry for the order type used, the program searches for an entry with an initial order type ' '. Regardless of the search result, the program always takes account of the fixed criteria:
- Order type
- Company code
- Purchasing organization
- Vendor
Order list items that you want to group in a common document must have at least the same fixed criteria.
