Use
You can use BAdI WRF_POTB_X_SELECT_E to implement custom selection criteria for OTB procurement (transaction WOTB1). These criteria then affect the application function "Open Documents for the <Selected> Budget" (in application group OTB Procurement: Document Changes).
You can use this BAdI to implement your own criteria for determining which documents will be displayed as "open documents" for a budget.
During the selection for the application function, the following methods are called in sequence:
You can use method SELECT_DATA_INDIVIDUAL to override the standard selection.
You can use method GET_INDIVIDUAL_DATA for individual selection of the documents for a budget number, thus determining which documents will be modifiable ("open").
You can use method REFINE_SELECTED_DATA to define custom filter criteria for pre-sorting the data from both the custom and standard document selection.
